The Raven Van Loons have been very successful as a cross to other breeds. My Blue Caviar is half Raven Grand sire AUST 08.13763 Grand Dame on fathers side BC AUST 06.10951. They have been very successful when paired to the Smoulders. Other flyers that have had success with them include Dick Whitehead SCF, John and Leanne Share VRPU Fed, their 2012 Morgan 400 ml National winner was half Raven. SCF

Terry Conlon from the Central Coast won out of turn including a Breeders Plate winner with the Ravens. It is thought the original Van Looms were crossed into the Stichelbouts to produce the Black Raven Cock NL 90.1121411 winner of 29 combined prizes in two years, winner of 1st National NAB Etampes 21.221 Birds in Holland.
